We took these of the snowflakes the kids made and notticed how much Duke is enjoying the fire they made :)

A child who loves all things animals even enjoys Christmas animal  inflatables, bought with his own money, in his room.

Wednesday morning I saw the news would be at our new outdoor ice rink in Roanoke for opening day and offered free skating from 6am-9am and a chance to be on the news :)

Thankfully we are early risers and we're down there by 7:15 bundled and ready to skate!

We ended the day picking up some of our friends for a fun play date!!

Calebs kindergarten class.  They had a pow wow with junior kindergarten  and 1st grade put on a play for them.

They are so sweet together. He loves to brush and dry her hair.

She had him with her Kyle Busch tee shirt :)

Thanksgiving break has brought out a lot of creativity in these three.  They made a fort one day and stayed in it for lunch and hot cocoa! I enjoyed overhearing their conversations (which minifigire do they like the best, favorite Lego episode, etc). I snuck up and got a picture :)

Some fun things about Caleb at SIX:

He enjoys coloring and his teacher has told me he really takes it seriously and finishes last because he takes his time. He is an artist!

He is very athletic! He also throws lefty (but is right handed).

He has a love for Virginia Tech Hokies! (He came to this on his own)

He is very thoughtful and prays often for those he loves.

He makes friends easily and is funny.

He thinks boy humor is more funny then it actually is! Haha

He is learning to read and is enjoying it.

He is a homebody and may or may not still sleep with his parents ;) 

He loves paper airplanes.

He would eat Cheerios for every meal if we let him.

He loves to ride his tractor outside.

He hates turkey and ham on sandwiches.

He still wants to be a police officer when he grows up.

He is a fast runner.

He loves milk.

He loves to match his clothes and outfits and even his socks and shoes at times. 

His best buddy is Daniel. And at school his friends are Carter, Grant and Parker.

He looks up to his brother and watches over his sister.
