God's Valentine Gift

God's Valentine gift of love to us

Was not a bunch of flowers;

It wasn't candy, or a book

To while away the hours

His gift was to become a man,

So He could freely give

His sacrifical love for us,

So you and I could live.

He gave us sweet salvation, and 

instruction, good and true--

To love our enemies

And love our Savior, too.

So as we give our Valentines,

Let's thank our Lord and King;

The reason we have love to give.    

Church Valentines Party

Z and I teach the 3 year old class at Church on Wednesdays, we just love it because everyone in it, is in our small group and we just love them as if they are our own (I'm not just saying that either, I LOVE THESE KIDS) : ) The Lord is so good to lend us these children to help shape them into His image and teach them His truths.

Tonight was our Valentines Party :)

Reason #4547812 why I love preschool at home

This week I let Cohen pick what he wanted the theme to be for "school". To no surprise he picked Angry Birds, I then remembered along time ago I pinned a printable pack on Pinterest. Yay Pinterest! Cohen was so excited when I told him I found it and we could do that during the week. I have never seen a child so excited to go sit down and do school work. :)  (next week may be challenging).

He ran to caleb and said "my mom got me angry birds for school!"

I never knew the story behind angry birds, but now I do. The birds are angry because the pigs stole their eggs. Right? That was Cohen's answer to question #1.

Now, this little boy, loves milk so much he will sneak into the fridge and drink Daddy's half and half.

Cohen calls it "coffee milk".

Presley Jean

Had her 9 month appointment today!

50th percentile for weight
75th percentile for height
85th percentile for head circumference

The doctor was running behind so the boys took pics with the phone.

We are loving

Melody makers! Especially Presley! She loves crawling all around, all over people, and chewing drum sticks!

March 2nd

Soccer starts through the YMCA! We are so excited and Cohen had been practicing! (He looks thrilled doesn't he?) he is excited though!

I love finding pictures that Cohen takes with my phone! He is showing off an angry bird, imagine that! Speaking of, he is very serious about building angry birds, it is one thing that Cohen can focus on for awhile!

9 months!

Ok, not yet but in just 4 days Pres will be 9 months old! I just love her! She is starting to glide on the furniture! She's growing so fast!
