S-e-v-e-n Months!

This precious boy is 7 months old today! I can't believe he is getting so big!
I love his personality

Here are some things to remember about you at 7 months old.

• You weigh 17.8 lbs.
• You feel like a tank
• You are all smiles
• You can sit up, for a few seconds before plopping over
• You love car rides and sleep every chance you get
• You are sick of baby toys and only want your brothers toys, which he is not so kind to share
• You are teething and I wish your teeth would hurry up and come b/c you are miserable!
• You sleep.... not enough.
• You wake early!
• You are easily entertained.
• Mosquitoes love you.
• You giggle at your brother for everything he does
• You let him hold you, thats brave!
• You love when Daddy tickles under your neck.
• You love most food. :) (except anything green)
• Cohen loves you and calls you brother, or "cale--p"
• You adore your big brother, and he can make you light up like no one else. Cohen is always telling us you want to crawl so he can get on the floor and sit on play with you. He loves to tell me what you are doing and give you hugs when you're upset.

Your smile melts our hearts. You are a precious gift, and we love you so much. How did you get this big?!

bees and donkeys?

Saturday evening we went up to Fincastle to celebrate Fathers Day with Zach's dad, Ty. We had good food and conversations. Zachs sister Holly came and brought her son Colton, he and Cohen are both 2 and love playing with one another! They had so much fun, until Cohen got stung by a bee. Poor child!!! In one week he was bit by a spider, burned on the stove and then stung by a bee. The worst part was that on the way home Cohen vomited, all over the car. Wonder if he had an allergic reaction but once we got home we gave him benedryl and he passed out and acted fine the next day! Thats my boy : )

Across the street were DONKEYS! So we took the boys
over there to visit and feed them carrots.

Zach is an amazing dad. Cohen and Caleb adore him and light up around him. He's gentle, silly, and so sweet with them.

splash bash!!!

This past Saturday we attended Vivian's Splash Bash for her 3rd birthday! It took place in the Fernandez's back yard. It was so much fun, not only for the kids but for the adults as well!! We love the Fernandez family, they are such a Godly example to us and we are grateful to have met them and are even more grateful that our children will get to grow up together and be examples to one another. Thank you for inviting us : )

These are just a PORTION of the party, Caleb fell asleep in my arms so I couldn't capture the best parts of the party, the water balloon fight with the adults! All the MEN sliding down the slide at the same time, Maddy and Lauree went down the slide, with their clothes on! Z and Aaron threw Brett in the baby pool (with his clothes on) Brett then returned the favor and threw his wife, Jody (also clothed) in the pool.... the list goes on. It was so much fun! We didn't even want to leave but it was nap time....
